Who We Are
Stephanie Diaz is a mom of two girls who found running and yoga in her 20s. She began running six months after her youngest daughter was born because she wanted her daughters to grow up seeing participation in physical activity as a lifestyle and not something done to look a certain way or weigh a specific number. What began as a lesson for her daughters morphed into something that Stephanie loved doing for herself because it made her feel mentally and physically strong and confident in herself and in what her body could accomplish. Yoga was a perfect complement to all the running and taught Stephanie the importance of incorporating different movement modalities to support a long and healthy active life.
